Genetics is one of the biggest reason for obesity. Children of obese parents are more likely to be obese than children of slim parents. But this does not mean that obesity is completely predetermined. Eating a proper diet can kill obesity.
2. Junk Foods:
Eating junk foods is another big reason for obesity. These foods are designed in a way to make people in love eating with these foods. So they add ingredients that are more tasty than healthy. These foods are high in carbs and we know that high carb foods are one of the reasons for obesity.
3.) Random Eating:
Eating meals on time every day is a good habit to prevent unnecessary weight gain. If you don’t eat your meal on the fixed time then no matter you eat less or more, sooner or later, but you will start to become fat.
Lazy people burn fewer calories than those who do exercise and keep them fit. National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) found that there is a strong link between laziness and fat gain. Having physical like sports, keep you away from obesity.
So these are the 4 Leading Causes of Fat Gain and Obesity. Although you may not have complete control over how your body or genes works, you can control your eating habits and change your lifestyle.
